Our Philosophy
As painters, art is not simply an occupation; it is a way of life centered on aesthetic principles. Everything we do is approached with the idea of creating a beautiful work of art. Our food tours are no exception and have been conceived with exactly this in mind.
Like a painting, each Tuscan Epicure program is a singular creation. The designs reflect characteristics particular to the destination territory and are not standardized. Each tour is offered once a year only. This allows us to maintain a level of energy, enthusiasm, and excitement to best inspire those who join us.
Our goal is to give a small group of participants the opportunity to engage directly with local experts and artisanal producers to gain an appreciation of the processes and philosophies behind their work. We are committed to traditional, sustainable production practices which reflect a love for the environment and concern for future generations, and have chosen partners who share these ideas.
The program itinerary choices we make reflect our personal rigorous standards for quality and excellence. We strive to provide authentic experiences of Italy, not those created for a mass tourist market.
